An update on my weight loss for all two of you who care... I am down 30 of the 33 pounds I gained during pregnancy! Tooooootally stoked. But honestly, I could stand to lose at least 5 or so more. We'll see. That might mean giving up beer and chocolate and I am definitely not into doing that.
Strava Stats: Yesterday = 4.5 miles/38 minutes + 40 walking lunges and 40 crab-walk lunges. So the same chick who has the #1 spot in the run I did on Tuesday is #1 on a completely different run that I did yesterday, too! Oh man. Game on, chick! Today = TRX.

Any suggestions on ab work outs? My abs are still non existant and doing crunches/push ups, etc really, really hurts badly.
I can't go to a gym (no childcare) but anything I can do from home?
