Summer Eats. June 2012.
Last night's appetizer tasted just like summer. All local, too. Fragrant basil. Fresh tomatoes. Creamy herb and garlic goat cheese. Olive Oil. Cracked pepper and sea salt. Fading evening light. Paired with this light and delicious Sauvignon Blanc.
I could eat (and drink) this all day.
Wow that looks like a fabulous meal all by itself. I love fresh tomatoes! Just wish my wonderful husband liked them. I don't buy them as much as I should. How is the goat cheese? I'll have to try it in place of fresh buffalo mozzarella. Have a wonderful weekend.ReplyDelete
