Weekly Workouts: Monday - CrossFit! 2-position heavy snatch (90lbs), then 3 min AMRAP of 2 position snatch at 75%, then 3 RFT of 6 hang snatch (55) + 8 OHS + 10 jumping lunges. Tuesday - Drive day! Wednesday - Warm-up 2 mile run on the beach of Lake Tahoe then hotel gym workout (KB swings, dumb bell snatches, push press). Thursday - Rest day. Friday - Trail run with Lee on the Skyline Trail! 5.2 miles/48 min/1,130 ft elev gain.
