Weekly workouts: Monday - Black Bar CrossFit in Morinville! 8 min EMOM of strict shoulder press x 5 (65lbs), then 15 min AMRAP of 9 Deadlifts (95lbs) + 12 push-ups + 15 box jumps (20 in) = 274 reps. Tuesday - Rest day. Wednesday - CrossFit! 8 min EMOM of front squats x 4 (95lbs) + 4 min EMOM of ring dips (red band) + 4 min EMOM of 30 sec hollow rocks, then Death by Kettle Bell! 0:00 10 KB swings, 1:00 12 KB swings ..... 9:00 28 KB swings, 10:00 30 KB swings (35lbs, did 190 out of 220 reps). Thursday - SO SORE! Rest day. Friday - Run! Super flat 6.8 miles/74 ft elev gain/54 min.

That pie looks yum! There is so much going on in our town this weekend that we actually have to miss out on events. Normally there is just one special thing to go to. We missed the Old Timer's Fete this morning but will catch the Singing Monkey Puppets at Montes Bar this afternoon. Hope you have a wonderful weekend xReplyDelete
