Lee took Alice today which meant I had most of the day to myself! And somehow my day off completely got away from me. I did manage to do a trail run in the early afternoon and then I went grocery shopping BY MYSELF!
It's funny how now that I am a mom, grocery shopping alone is considered a luxury.

Weekly Workouts: Monday - CrossFit! Skill: Max height box jumps (I'm a chicken-shit and prefer my shins intact. 24 inches). Weights: 1RM Deadlifts (227lbs! A new PR). WOD: 3 minutes AMRAP wall balls (14lbs). 1 min rest. 3 minute AMRAP box jumps (20 inches). 1 min rest. 4 minute AMRAP double-unders with 1 burpee penalty for each fail (total reps 190). Tuesday - Run! 3.4 miles/28 min/323 ft elev gain. Wednesday - Rest day! Thursday - CrossFit! Weights: 1 RM squat clean thruster (100lbs). WOD: As heavy as possible - 10 thrusters 1 burpee. 9 thrusters 2 burpees ..... 1 thruster 10 burpees (65lbs). Friday - Trail run! 8.4 miles/1:30/985 ft elev gain.
