Lee and I spent the afternoon mountain biking on a trail we haven't ridden together since the weekend after we were married! It felt wonderful to be back out there again. Just the two of us.
Just the two of us and what seemed like half the population of Salt Lake City. Man, it was crowded up there today.

Weekend Workouts: Saturday - Family run! 4 miles/?? minutes/?? elev gain. Sunday - Rest day. Monday - Mountain bike! 15.5 miles/1:46/1,374 ft elev gain.
Beautiful views from your bike ride. Glad it was a perfect day... except for all the other people wanting to share the trail. I'm so happy that we could tend your little one. She was perfect too! xo
