Party Prep.

Big Kitty awaits our guests.

I'm hosting my first party in our loft tonight! So today I'm busy cleaning, cooking, and packing a bag for Alice (she's staying with Grandma). I'll be sure to take a lot of photos! And Whole30 gods give me strength!! There are Cadbury eggs in my house right now.

Happy weekend! What are your plans?

Weekly Workouts: Monday - CrossFit! 15-minute pistol practice. Strength: 3 position snatch (65lbs). WOD: 3 RFT of: 250-meter run + 5 snatches (55lbs) + 10 pistols. Tuesday - CrossFit! 10-minute handstand push-ups practice. Strength: Strict press 50 reps at 60% (55lbs). WOD: 1000-meter row, then 3 RFT of: 10 HSPU + 15 box jumps + 400-meter run. Wed & Thurs - Rest days (Lee was out of town). Friday - 10-min toes-to-bar practice. Strength: 1RM Clean & Jerk (115lbs). WOD: 10-min AMRAP of: 30 double-unders + 15 power snatches (55lbs). I did 128 reps at Rx. If only I could link more DUs together!!

  2. Hope all goes well for your party! Lucky Alice getting to spend a night at Grandma's (and lucky you!).
    We're having friends over for brunch tomorrow & pretty much taking it easy this weekend, aside from the mountain of washing I have to get through! Happy weekend x
