Weekly Workouts: Monday - Run! 4.5 miles and, oh! How my tummy hurt. Tuesday - CrossFit! Find a 5-rep max for chest press (95lbs), then 15 minutes as-many-rounds-as-possible of 10 pull-ups (red band) + 15 wall balls (14lbs) + 30 second plank hold = 6 rounds + 20 reps. Wednesday - Unexpected rest day. :-/ Thursday - CrossFit! Max height box jumps (28"... which is so good for me as I BARELY became brave enough to conquer the 24" box), then 10, 9, 8... 1 of power cleans (95lbs) + 20-18-16...2 of push-ups (knees) = 14:16. Friday - Travel day!  So a lot of sitting around.
