Weekend.

About town on Saturday. Watched a CrossFit competition in South Boston (I am so not cool enough to call it Southie). Dad teaching Alice about traffic. Giant duck boot. Alice crying because of that giant duck boot. City skyline from the Pike.

Packing for Thanksgiving to be spent on the other side of the country. Alice trying out her new travel crib. Surprisingly, she didn't hate it.

Running! Heartbreak Hill is deceivingly tough, especially when pushing a stroller. And does anyone use those roadside emergency phones anymore?

Afternoon coffee date at our local place. Doodling. Photo-op in the aviator chair. Whoopie pie with vanilla cardamom cookie and lemon zest cream cheese filling. Mocha lattes. So basically all of that cancels out the run I did.

How was yours?

  2. Looks like a good week-end. What kind of travel crib did you get? I hate our pack-and-play because it's so clunky, but Wyatt is too old now to justify getting a new one. She looks happy and cute in there :)

  3. Wow, I'm getting excited to see you "3"! Can't wait to tend little Alice while you and hubby go on a date. Wishing you safe travels to Utah! xoxo G-ma

  4. Your travel cot does look great. We were given a portable cot but it pretty much takes two people to lift it. Kinda defeats the purpose of portable. Glad Alice like hers. Happy travels.
