My mother-in-law has gone home. And it feels so quiet without her here. We had a great last morning together, just the two of us. My husband had some early morning work to do so us girls took a leisurely stroll to Cafe Fixe to enjoy my favorite place in Boston for lattes. Each one is made with such attention to detail! Just look at those precious little milk froth hearts. And the rich espresso flavor is out-of-this-world delicious. Go there. You'll see.
Barb, it was so wonderful to spend a few days together, showing you our little life here in Boston. Just think! Next time you come for a visit, you'll be meeting your newest granddaughter. I can hardly wait.
