new toy that I totally forgot about the other things I did yesterday. I finished reading 'the Help' and I'd heard the movie was very well-done and true to the book. So I went and saw it by myself. It was a great movie. But the book was definitely better. A lot of little things were left out of the movie. Of course they couldn't put all the details of the book into the movie (or you'd be in the theater for half of the day) and I do think they did a great job on staying true to the storyline of the book. And Emma Stone is adorable. Overall, I'd give it two thumbs up.
I had a wonderful day today. But I can't tell you all the details of it just yet. Soon enough. One thing I can tell you is that I had a delicious latte and a toasted pepperoni and mushroom braided sandwich for lunch from my favorite cafe, 'Treats on Washington'. Oh, and then I had a slice of banana bread. They make incredible banana bread.
Do you have a delicious banana bread (or zucchini bread) recipe you can share with me? The mornings are feeling cooler (fall is right around the corner!), which puts me in the mood to BAKE!
