Weekly Workouts: Monday - CrossFit! 1RM strict shoulder press (ugh... I could only get 83lbs!). WOD - 3RFT of 6 front squats + 8 push press + 10 thrusters (65lbs). Tuesday - CrossFit! 2-position snatch (75lbs). WOD - 800-meter run + 25 KB swings (35lbs) + 10 snatches (55lbs) + 100 double unders (sub'd 10 attempts then 100 singles) + 10 snatches + 25 KB swings + 400-meter run. Wednesday - Rest day! Thursday - CrossFit! Strict shoulder press, 40 reps @ 65% (60lbs). WOD: 5 x 2 min AMRAP of 6 HSPU (2 ab mats) + 10 pull-ups (blue band) = 97 reps. Friday - Family bike ride! To Sugar House arts festival and back. 9-ish miles.
