My Friday morning started out with a root canal so please excuse today's abbreviated post as I use Alice's nap time to feel sorry for myself on the couch. And let this be a lesson to you: Floss daily!

Weekly Workouts: Monday - Another post-50K rest day! Tuesday - Weight workout at home. 3 sets of 10 of the following: One-armed dumbbell snatches (25lbs), strict shoulder press (50lbs), chest press (50lbs), Russian twists holding 20lbs, tricep dips, ab crunch/toe reach, push-ups. Wednesday - CrossFit! Skill: HSPU, then 3 HSPU EMOTM for 5 minutes. Strength: Find a heavy hang power snatch (75lbs). WOD: 4 x 3 AMRAP of: 10 power snatches + 8 HSPU (1 minute rest between sets). Thursday - CrossFit! Skill: Handstand walks (ha). Strength: 5RM back squat (95lbs, went easy). WOD: 5 RFT of: 10 back squats (unbroken) + 15 box jump burpees (1:1 rest between rounds) = 18:58. Friday - Rest day and a root canal.
