M)y little helper and I making cinnamon-sugar muffins for tomorrow's brunch!
After feeling a little hung over this morning from last night's bachelorette party of a dear friend and then running around all day doing errands in preparation for Alice's birthday brunch tomorrow, blogging got pushed to the back burner. But I'll be taking a million photos of Alice on her 2nd birthday and, after the tears have dried, I'll try to put together a coherent blog chronicling her day.
Happy weekend! What are your plans? We're having a small family and friends brunch tomorrow morning for Alice and then Alice will go to Grandma Julie and Zayde Aharon's for the night so that Lee and I can party at a friend's wedding! And then sleep in on Sunday, of course.
Weekly Workouts: My workouts suffered big time this week as a result of my bum hand. But it feels much better after a week of rest! And I'll be back to CrossFit bright and early Monday morning. Monday & Tuesday - Rest day! Wednesday - Family run! 4 miles then 100 air squats + 50 walking lunges. Thursday & Friday - Rest day. Ugh.
