Car troubles.

Happy Friday with a broken VW!!

That would be my non-working Jetta on the back of a flatbed tow truck, en route to the repair shop this morning. Is it too early to start drinking?!

Weekly workouts: Monday - Rest day. Tuesday - CrossFit! Find 1-rep max for push press (120lbs), then 3 rounds of: 30 weighted sit-ups (25lbs) + pull-ups (blue band). Wednesday - I meant to do something and then all of a sudden the day was over. Thursday - CrossFit! 1 power clean every 30 seconds x 10 reps (85lbs), then 7 rounds of: 10 Russian kettle bell swings + 10 goblet lunges. Friday - Ugh. I'd planned to go to CrossFit but this car problem is getting in the way. Living room yoga, maybe?
