I made this chocolate pudding the other day. And it was good. Not to-die-for.... just good. Better than instant pudding? Umm. I think so. The homemade pudding definitely wins over the instant variety on pronounceable ingredients, though. I also think it would have been better with whipped cream. I had every intention of making whipped cream to serve with the pudding but I forgot to buy the ingredients needed to do so.
Damn baby brain.
It was easy to make. It was chocolatey. Overall... I'd make it again.
