Christmas Day was spent baking and cooking and eating around our house. Before we made brunch, though, we had to make the most important part of the meal. Homemade English muffins. So good. And surprisingly easy. So easy, in fact, that we made a second batch later that day to enjoy during the week. I enjoyed one this morning toasted with a bit of butter and raspberry jam. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
