I've got the 40% part down, i.e. exercising..... but I gotta cut the candy addiction! Confession time - In the span of the last 24 hours, I've had 4 Cadbury Eggs (damn those 4-packs!) and a giant Tootsie Roll (along with a huge salad, veggie fajitas, and blueberry oatmeal.... I'm not a complete junk food-aholic) . Typing out the amount of candy that I've eaten today makes me realize that something's gotta change.
New Rule. Either I learn to moderate my candy intake (NO MORE 4-PACKS!) or I cut it out all together. Sheesh. I'm sure my dentist would cringe at the thought of all that sugar grinding into my teeth!!
I'm right there with ya sis! The inhalation of candy must stop....let's seriously do this for reals k?
