Any advice on running strollers from you active moms? I'm pretty sure we've settled on the Mountain Buggy Terrain (vs. the BOB Revolution) but I'd love to hear your comments. We are only getting ONE stroller so it needs to be multi-functional. And this bad boy seems to have it all.
This is rad sauce! ;) ha! I just had a jogging stroller bran jogger with a regular Graco stroller and it worked great but this definitely seems cooler than the B.o.b that is so trendy right now.ReplyDelete
I have a Baby Jogger and I LOVE it! My favourite part is that you can attached a holder for a baby car seat so I had my babies in it since she was 6 weeks old. I also have a simple running room double jogging stroller for when I want both of them out.ReplyDelete
I think the most important thing to look for is watch the stroller height. I'm short (5'4") so most are fine for me, but my husband is (5'10") and he can find the height of the bar is awkward and ends up running hunched. Also, make sure you have enough room to really get your legs moving between you and the back of the stroller. If it's not far enough you could end up smacking the back of the stroller. Finally, my husband said that he prefers the front wheel to lock (go straight) and I prefer a 360 degree swivel, so an adjustable one keeps everyone happy.
You've inspired me to write another blog on this topic now.
