Tuesday thought.

"Gastronomical perfection can be reached in these combinations:
one person dining alone, usually upon a couch or a hill side;
two people, of no matter what sex or age, dining in a good restaurant;
six people, of no matter what sex or age, dining in a good home."
(M.K.F. Fisher)

I've entered this photo that I took with my iPhone into the Purple {Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge}.  I wish I would've had my DSLR with me on this rainy fall day to have better captured these interesting berries!  Apparently the birds love to eat them and it *ahem* leaves their excrement a little stained.  It has been so interesting living on the East coast for the fall season as the only fall seasons I've experienced are in Utah and California.  As much as I miss living in Utah, I have not been disappointed by the gorgeous array of fall colors here New England.

Where is your favorite place to experience fall?  Utah still has my heart with it's gorgeous fall season of bright yellows from the aspens and glowing reds from the oaks.

  4. Cool shot! I used to have poke berries in my yard when I lived in GA, though I'm glad to be experiencing fall here in our new home in MO. I've always loved fall in MO and KY. So pretty!
    Thanks for joining us in the Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge. Next week's theme will be brown. See you then! Have a great weekend.
